A personal belief of mine is that each individual is the narrator of their story and has the power to rewrite past pains. My role is to work beside them and provide support. I am a qualified mental health professional and a provisionally licensed art therapist who offers individual therapy and individual art therapy. 

 

I help people establish healthy boundaries, explore their emotions, process trauma, and create their own narrative for their life experiences. My ultimate goal is to create a space in which a person feels safe and comfortable to be vulnerable. 

 

Change looks like an acceptance of presenting emotions and having the tools and skills to navigate the adversities of life.
