Our minds and bodies hold the experiences of our lives; and sometimes the emotions behind these experiences can get stuck within us and disrupt our lives. As an art therapist, I want to help you release these emotions through various art making processes that engage your senses. Together we will creatively explore thoughts, emotions, relationships, and set goals.
I work with clients of all ages and abilities. I have a passion for working with individuals with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities. I want to empower you by offering alternative ways of creating art and looking at the world, yourself, and thinking outside of the box.
