Work Experience
Much of my experience comes from working at a not-for-profit, where I worked with children and adults with severe and persistent mental illness, ranging from schizophrenia and bipolar, to depression and anxiety. Utilizing both individual and group therapy, encouraged clients to learn coping skills, build on their communication skills, work towards recovery and develop a plan for change, growth and well-being.
Creative Approaches to Therapy has provided an outlet of expression to provide unique and diverse therapy techniques. I am excited to embark on this therapeutic journey with you!
